About The Author

Brad Bowman has been involved with numerous technology startup companies in the Telecommunications and Energy Management sectors. Back in the early 1980's he was instrumental in developing PC based voice processing platforms and applications for Samsung and their family of telephone key systems. He and his team also developed a wide area energy management service for residential and small business that controlled major loads through unused bandwidth on cable systems and through RF paging facilities. This technology was subsequently purchased by Bell Atlantic. For the past few years he has dedicated himself to improving technological infrastructures for communities, local governments and municipalities and is incorporating knowledge base assets to identify viable and sustainable broadband initiatives and programs. Brad is also an accomplished musician.
